April 22, 2020: We regret to inform you that all June sessions are canceled. July registration is still ongoing. We are hoping Pinnacle Squash will be able to host our camps starting in July. If that is true, we will be adding new weeks in July and August.
Dear Parents,
I am sending you the latest update regarding this year’s summer squash camps. Here at Pinnacle Squash, we have been monitoring the Covid-19 situation and are in constant contact with the athletic department at Yale. As of now, I regret to inform you that the chance of Yale University reopens at the beginning of June for our camp is very slim. The current target opening date at the University is June 27, 2020. Dates may change depending on both local and national health situation. The Lanman center within the Payne and Whitney Gym is currently being used as a triage area to assist Yale-New Haven Hospital for the overflow of COVID-19 patients. Other major sports camps at Yale like football, soccer, and lacrosse have all been canceled for the summer.
At Pinnacle Squash, the health and safety of our junior campers and staff are my utmost priorities. While this global pandemic is completely unprecedented, I believe we will be able to get through this together if we continue to stay strong, resilient, and abide by the rules that our health care professionals and authorities have set forth. I am trying to be optimistic about the possibility of hosting our squash camp at a later date.
In the meantime, here is our plan as of now: Campers that have registered for our June camp, it is now officially canceled.

- New registrations will only be charged two weeks before the start date if the camp is confirmed to run.
- Pinnacle Squash will continue to keep you informed when there is an update via email. But please also continue to visit our site for camp updates.
